These terms apply to onepointfo.com and to text messages sent by OnePoint (“we”, “us”), an automotive marketing agency serving businesses in New Jersey and New York. By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

SMS Terms: OnePoint Lead Alerts

Program name: OnePoint Lead Alerts.

What messages we send:

• New-lead alerts to the owners and staff of OnePoint’s client shops (auto detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film, window tint and wrap businesses), telling them a customer has requested a quote or service through their lead form.
• One confirmation text to a person who submits a lead form for one of our client shops and provides their phone number, confirming the request was received and that the shop will follow up.

How you opt in: Shop owners and staff opt in when they sign up for OnePoint’s services and give us the mobile number for lead alerts. Consumers opt in by entering their phone number on a lead form that shows our consent language and links to these terms (see an example).

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Shop alerts depend on how many leads come in; consumers receive one confirmation text per request.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@onepointfo.com.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: We do not share, sell or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
