OnePoint (“we”, “us”) is an automotive marketing agency serving businesses in New Jersey and New York. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

• Information you choose to send us through our forms: your name, business name, email address or phone number, and your message. If you book a call, the details you enter in our booking calendar (Calendly) are shared with us.
• If you become a client, the business details you send through our client onboarding form (such as your business name, contact details, services, goals, brand materials and Meta account setup), used to provide our services to you.
• Basic technical information sent by your browser with a form submission (such as the page you submitted from and your browser type), used to keep the forms working and to filter spam.
• Simple counts of clicks on our booking and email links, with no personal details attached.

How we use it

• To reply to your question, schedule a call, and discuss our services with you.
• To contact you about your inquiry by email, phone, or text message. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To understand how many people reach out through the site.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

We do not share, sell or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are not stored on this website. They are delivered by email to OnePoint through an email delivery service, which processes the information only so we can receive and answer your inquiry. We may disclose information if required by law.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages from OnePoint (for example, OnePoint Lead Alerts for our client shops, or a confirmation text after you submit a lead form), we use your mobile number only to send those messages and to respond to you. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business relationship, and delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@onepointfo.com, replying to any message from us, or sending a request through the contact form.

Cookies

This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta that may set cookies, to measure how our ads perform.
